How should DR.AIRE auto-wash Electrostatic Precipitator be cleaned?
Cleanliness is essential,let's take a look at how to clean the Electrostatic Precipitator.
Cleaning steps:
1. According to the ratio of sodium hydroxide and water,equipped with Electrostatic Precipitator caustic soda cleaning liquid.
2. Turn off all the power supply systems of the Electrostatic Precipitator,open the electric control box door,and then unscrew the knobs.
3. Touch the positive and negative plates of the collector cell with a screwdriver for charging and discharging,then put on rubber gloves,hold both sides of the collector cell with your hands,and then take it out.
4. Put the collector cell horizontally into the caustic soda cleaning solution,soak it for 3-5 minutes, then remove the collector cell and put it on the ground.
5. Use high pressure water gun to clean the oil and caustic soda cleaning liquid on the collector cell.
6. Put the clean Electrostatic Precipitator in a ventilated, dust-free environment and dry it naturally.After drying,the collector cell is put into the Electrostatic Precipitator according to the original assembly method.
