Cleaning precautions:
1. The key component of auto-clean Electrostatic Precipitator is high and low voltage collector cell.Generally speaking,the Electrostatic Precipitator produced by each manufacturer is divided into several filters.The first one is the pre-filter,if the filter is full of dust and oil particles after long-term use,and not being cleaned regularly,it will cause fire safety hazards.
2. Dust removal filter devices or collector cell in the Electrostatic Precipitator should be cleaned frequently,usually every 20 days.High and low voltage collector cell of Electrostatic Precipitator should be dried after cleaning with caustic soda solution to keep the cyclone unblocked and environmental hygiene.The equipment shell should be cleaned once in a while,and when the Electrostatic Precipitator is in a dusty environment, please clean it frequently.
3. When the Electrostatic Precipitator is not used,it should be placed in a natural ventilated and dry place after cleaning and drying.Pay attention to the waterproof,so as not to reduce the application efficiency or damage due to the return of moisture.
