Ecology unit For Kitchen Fume Filtration
The Ecology Unit is specifically designed to remove smoke and grease particles from the airflow of commercial kitchen exhaust systems. If equipped with an optional odor control section, it can eliminate or reduce odors to an acceptable level. The electrostatic oil fume purifier of Ecology Unit is a primary filter, which can be cleaned manually or efficiently automatically, with UV filter, activated carbon, and ventilator. The ecological unit includes a washable aluminum or steel pre-filter and an electrostatic fume purifier. Can be used with other high-efficiency exhaust hoods, suitable for indoor or outdoor installation.
The Ecology Unit is composed of pre-filter,bag filter,box filter,honeycomb activated carbon filter,double suction backward curved centrifugal fan motor and internal fan spring vibration isolators.Large particles are filtered through the pre-filter, followed by air flow through the bag filter and box filter,and the odor will be absorbed and decomposed while through the honeycomb activated carbon filter,to achieve the purpose of air cleaning.
