The hood is mainly applied to absorb and treat the kitchen oil smoke before being discharged outdoors. Thereby we need to reduce the harm pollution caused by oil fume. However, the existing problems of the current exhaust fume hoods on the market is, low purification efficiency. And part of the untreated flue gas is deposited in the flue duct. It affects the overall fume exhaust equipment. There are potential safety hazards during service life, and the remaining part is directly discharged into the air to cause air pollution;

 

Our UV Odor Neutralizer for Cooker Hood which use the photolysis and ozone decomposition of UV lamps to achieve removal efficiency.

 

In the dual way of physics and chemistry, the molecules are photolyzed into excited states, and then react with oxygen to form water, carbon dioxide and very small amounts of powder.

 

Utilize the special high-performance UV-C ultraviolet C-band (254nm) beam to irradiate the grease to change the molecular structure, which is the degradation of high-molecular compounds into low-molecular compounds.

The high-performance UV-C ultraviolet C band (185nm) beam and ozone are used for photolysis and oxidation of oil fume and odor. The ozone oxidizes and decomposes small oil molecules into organic components such as palm acid and water, and is discharged outside through the exhaust duct.

1. This product uses the ozone and strong light produced by UV photo-oxygen lamps to sterilize, irradiates the malodorous gas, and cracks the malodorous gas, such as: ammonia, trimethylamine, hydrogen sulfide, methyl sulfide, methyl mercaptan, methyl sulfide, dimethicone Methyl disulfide, carbon disulfide and styrene, sulfide H2S, VOCs, molecular chain structure of benzene, toluene and xylene. It degrades the molecular chain of malodorous compounds and converts them into low-molecular-weight compounds, such as CO2, H2O, etc.

2. Use high-energy and high-ozone UV ultraviolet beam to decompose oxygen molecules in the air to generate ozone. UV+O2→O-+O* (active oxygen) O+O2→O3 (ozone). Ozone has a strong oxidizing effect on organic matter, and has an immediate removal effect on malodorous gases and other irritating odors.

3. The purification equipment uses UV-C and ozone to decompose and oxidize the malodorous gas in synergy, so that the malodorous gas substance is degraded and converted into low molecular compounds, water and carbon dioxide, and then discharged outdoors through the exhaust pipe.
