The honeycomb electric collector cell includes a frame body,on which several anode cylinders are fixed,the frame body is connected with the positive pole of the power supply to make the anode cylinder positively charged,the frame body is also fixed with a cathode conductive frame,the cathode conductive frame is insulated from the frame body,a number of cathode pins penetrating inside the anode cylinder but not in contact with the anode cylinder are fixed on the cathode conductive frame,and the cathode conductive frame is connected with the negative pole of the power supply to make the cathode pin negatively charged.When the power supply is connected,a high-voltage electric collector cell will be formed between the cathode needle and the anode cylinder.The waste gas enters from the air inlet end of the honeycomb electric collector cell,passes through the anode cylinder and comes out from the air outlet end of the honeycomb electric collector cell.In the process of passing through the anode cylinder,the harmful substances in the waste gas will be ionized and adsorbed,so as to realize the purification of the waste gas.
Honeycomb electric collector cell is to make the anode plate in the electric collector cell into a cylindrical shape,so that the surface area of the anode plate in the same volume to adsorb oil fume particles is larger,and the amount of oil fume that can be adsorbed is also larger.In addition,the distance from the cathode to the anode of the honeycomb electric collector cell is the same, the electrons are evenly distributed and the adsorption is more thorough. In general,the purification effect is better than the plate line type.However,the manufacturing process is more complex,the costs is also higher,and the cleaning is more difficult.However,there are detachable models of electric collector cell cylinder on the market,but the cleaning is still cumbersome compared with the plate type.
