1. Why does the collector cell make a "popping" sound when the ESP is first used?Is there a problem with the equipment?
When the device is first put into use,you may see arcs and hear the sound of discharge.This is because the collector cell is burning dust and other impurities.This is not a problem of the equipment,but just indicates that the equipment is working properly.After a period of continuous power-on,this phenomenon will disappear, please don’t worry about it.
2. The ESP has an induction power supply,and the power supply works normally,but the equipment does not respond.
When this kind of fault occurs,check whether the outer box is grounded to ensure that the cylinder in the electric field is in contact with the pole pin,and the insulator or insulating porcelain in the collector cell are intact,and it is necessary to adjust the electrode bushing to make it in good contact with the collector cell.
3. The ESP leaks oil.
This may be caused by excessive oil accumulation in the purification equipment without cleaning for a long time,damage to the sealing rubber strip or internal deformation of the collector cell.The corresponding solution is to clean the ESP regularly,remove the oil accumulation,check and replace the sealing tape.If necessary, the collector cell needs to be relocated.
