At present,the oil fume electrostatic precipitators are widely used in the market,which are mainly divided into two categories.One is honeycomb electric collector cell oil fume electrostatic precipitator.Its principle is that when the oil fume passes through the honeycomb cylinder,it is discharged by high-voltage tungsten toothed rod to ionize the oil fume particles,and then absorb the ionized oil fume particles through the same charged honeycomb cylinder.There is also a plate electric collector cell oil fume electrostatic precipitator,which mainly ionizes oil fume particles with high-voltage discharge at the front end and absorbs oil fume particles with static electricity with low-voltage electric board at the back end.
These two collector cells’ working principles are basically the same,but in different forms. For the honeycomb electric collector cell,the most important thing is that the tungsten toothed rod placed in the middle of the cylinder must be located at the center of the cylinder and cannot deform the eccentric needle.If the eccentric needle occurs or the inner wall of the cylinder is not round and deformed,the tungsten toothed rod with high voltage will discharge to the proximal end,which will cause the cylinder failure.In serious cases,it will cause the oil smoke and dirt accumulated on the cylinder to catch fire and cause fire. Therefore,it is necessary to regularly check whether there is eccentric needle in the cylinder and whether the inner wall of the cylinder is deformed.Once there is deformation, it should be corrected in time.
