The pulse dust collector is that when the dust-laden gas enters the dust collector from the air inlet, it first encounters the inclined plate and baffle plate in the middle of the air inlet and outlet, and the air flow turns to flow into the ash hopper. At the same time, the air flow speed slows down. Dust flows directly into the ash hopper. It plays the role of pre-dust collection. The airflow entering the ash hopper is then folded upward and passed through the filter element with a metal skeleton inside. , In the process of dust-laden gas passing through the filter element, more and more dust is accumulated on the filter element with the increase of time, which increases the resistance of the filter element, resulting in the gradual reduction of the treated air volume. In order to work normally, the resistance should be controlled within a certain range. , once it exceeds the range, the filter element must be cleaned. When cleaning the dust, the pulse controller will trigger each control valve to open the pulse valve in sequence, and the compressed air in the cylinder will be sprayed into the corresponding filter element from each hole of the injection pipe, and the filter element will be sharp in an instant. The expansion causes the dust accumulated on the surface of the filter element to fall off, and the filter element returns to its original state. Clear the dust into the ash hopper and collect it into the extraction cabinet for concentration. As a result, the dust accumulated on the filter element is periodically pulsed to clean the dust, so that the purified gas can pass normally and ensure the operation of the dust removal system.
