The integrated filter cartridge dust collector is an integrated design of the fan, the motor and the filter unit, with a compact structure, a smaller footprint, and low noise after the equipment is silencing.

1. Filter unit

There is a dust blocking and diversion device at the air inlet of the dust collector, which plays the role of air uniformity and protection of the filter element from damage by large particles. The filter unit adopts the quick installation method of the vertical end cover type filter element, which is more convenient for the disassembly and maintenance of the filter element.

The filter element adopts imported polyester film-coated filter material, which has good air permeability, and the filtration accuracy is as high as 99.9%, which meets the emission requirements.

2. Fan unit

Fan built-in design, compact structure; fan impeller: blade and wheel cover mold press molding, positioning, balance level ≤4.0, with good aerodynamics, low noise.

3. Control system

The plug-in design of the control system can be installed according to the requirements of the equipment on-site operating environment, and the installation position is more flexible, which reduces the pollution of the internal dust to the electrical components and prolongs the service life.


Frequency conversion control is optional when using high-power machines for centralized processing of multi-point stations. Through the automatic frequency converter, the system can adjust the speed of the fan according to the actual air volume demand, reduce the operating energy consumption, reduce the wear of the filter element, and prolong the service life of the filter element.

1. Managers should be familiar with the principle, performance, conditions of use of the equipment, and master the adjustment and maintenance methods.

2. The mechanical moving parts such as reducer and ash conveying device should be filled with oil and changed oil according to regulations, and any abnormal phenomenon should be eliminated in time.

3. The oil-water separator in the gas storage tank and the gas source triplet should be drained once per shift, and the oil-water separator should be cleaned every 3-6 months. The oil mister should be checked frequently for oil storage and refuel in time.

4. If the electromagnetic pulse valve fails, it should be eliminated in time. If there are impurities or moisture inside, it should be cleaned. If the diaphragm is damaged, it should be replaced in time.

5. When using the timed cleaning controller, it is necessary to regularly check whether the cleaning cycle is accurate, otherwise it should be adjusted. If the constant resistance pulse controller is used, the working condition of the pressure switch should be checked regularly, whether the pressure measuring port is blocked, and the cleaning should be carried out. 

6. Regularly measure process parameters, such as flue gas volume, temperature, concentration, etc., if any abnormality is found, the cause should be found and dealt with in time.

7. When starting up, the compressed air should be connected to the air storage tank first, the control power should be connected, and the ash discharge device should be started. If there are other equipment in the system, the downstream equipment should be started first.

8. When shutting down, after the process system is stopped, the dust collector and exhaust fan should be kept working for a period of time to remove moisture and dust in the equipment. It should be noted that when the dust collector stops working, the dust collector should be repeatedly cleaned. Clean the dust (manual cleaning is available), and remove the dust on the dust filter bag to prevent the bag from being affected by moisture.

9. When shutting down, it is not necessary to cut off the compressed air source, especially when the fan is working, it is necessary to provide compressed air to the poppet valve cylinder to ensure that the poppet valve is open.

10. When the high-pressure dust collector is working normally, the ash discharge device cannot stop working, otherwise, the dust hopper will soon be filled with dust and overflow.
