A complete exhaust gas purification system is generally composed of five parts, which are gas collecting hood, pipe, purification equipment, fan and chimney.
The air collecting hood is mainly used to capture the pollution exhaust gas, usually refers to the control and collection of the air flow containing pollutants emitted from the open part of the equipment. The performance of the hood has a direct influence on the technical and economic indexes of the local exhaust purification system.
Pipes are an indispensable part of the exhaust pollution control system. Without pipes, the exhaust gas cannot be discharged.
Purification equipment is the core part of the purification system. When the pollutant content in the exhaust exceeds the discharge standard, it must be purified first and discharged into the atmosphere after reaching the discharge standard.
Ventilators are generally placed behind the purification equipment to prevent wear and corrosion of ventilators.
The chimney is the exhaust device of the purification system. Because the purified gas still contains a certain concentration of pollutants, these pollutants are diffused and diluted in the atmosphere after being discharged by the chimney, and eventually settle to the ground.
In general, the five parts of the purification system complement each other. The principle of their operation is that the collecting hood collects the polluted exhaust gas, connects the pipes of the various components of the system, purifies the polluted gas, provides the ventilator that powers the flow of the gas, takes full advantage of the diffusion dilution capacity of the atmosphere, and reduces pollution with the help of the chimney.
