First of all,the installation of auto-wash electrostatic precipitator must be matched with the installation of oil fume discharge pipe,which involves stainless steel or galvanized sheet hardware engineering.In addition,most electrostatic precipitator manufacturers do not provide fans,so it is necessary to install fan equipment.The fan is generally installed at the back end of the electrostatic precipitator.
Secondly,the electrostatic precipitator needs some standard materials,such as oil sump or oil collecting bucket during daily use.Because some electrostatic precipitator manufacturers do not provide it.The oil collecting bucket is directly connected to the oil outlet,and you need to clean it regularly.There are also caustic soda or other cleaning detergent that are usually use for cleaning, and it will be much better to have a high-pressure water gun,because the plate inside the electrostatic precipitator can not be wiped,easy to affect the purification efficiency,so it is better to have high-pressure water gun to clean it.
Finally,some electrostatic precipitator need a special cleaning pools,for example,the volume of the honeycomb collector cell is very big,and the ordinary pools cannot be fitted.So you need to choose a container for soaking during cleaning according to its size.
