1.Whether the leakage protection device is damaged
The user should turn on the power first and check whether the power indicator is on.If it is on, there is no problem.If the indicator is not on,find a voltage pen,and then test whether the device has voltage.If there is no voltage at the wire,then It means that the leakage protection device is damaged and needs to be replaced or repaired.
2.Whether the collector cell of the electrostatic precipitator is deformed
There are many reasons for the deformation of the collector cell of the electrostatic precipitator. For example,in the process of installation or during transportation,a collision occurs,which will cause the collector cell of the electrostatic precipitator to deform.It may also be damaged by accident when cleaning and maintenance in the later stage.
After something like this happens,we can take out the collector cell and try to correct it firstly.In general,only the slight damaged can be corrected.However,if the device cannot be started normally,it means that the collector cell of the electrostatic precipitator needs to be replaced. The collector cell is the most important part of the electrostatic precipitator.Here we would like to remind our customers to be careful when installing or cleaning the collector cell to avoid damage caused by collision.
3.There are foreign objects in the equipments or the collector cell needs to be cleaned
After the collector cell has been used for a period of time,it needs to be cleaned.When cleaning the collector cell,small fluff of the rag or other foreign objects may be left inside,and it needs to be cleaned up at this time.Another reason is the use environment of the electrostatic precipitator. In order to save the indoor space,most users will put the electrostatic precipitator outdoors,and the electrostatic precipitator is likely to be affected by the rain outside for a long time and cannot work normally.Therefore,we suggest that users can install a sunshade and rain shelter for the electrostatic precipitator.In addition,when the voltage is too low,the electrostatic precipitator cannot be started normally.You can observe whether the voltage is too low through the AM meter.
4.The power supply is damaged
If none of the above situations occur,but the electrostatic precipitator still cannot be started,it may be the power supply is damaged.At this time, you can contact with the supplier and ask them to send you a new power supply for replacement.Power supply and collector cell are important components of the electrostatic precipitator.However,in the current market,the power supply of the electrostatic precipitator is still very important,so the probability of power supply problems is not high.
