The effect of low temperature condensation on filter bags. When the temperature is low in winter and there is local air leakage, it is easy for the local temperature to be lower than the temperature at the exposure point, resulting in a decrease in the characteristic index of the filter bag. In severe cases, the filter bag may agglomerate in a large area and reach a certain weight, causing the filter bag to fall off and seriously affecting the service life of the filter bag. In addition, the northern regions have cold winters. If the heat preservation is not good, it is easy to accumulate ash on the inner wall of the ash hopper, which will cause the ash hopper to block the ash. In addition, in the initial stage of the spot furnace, the ash hopper is under negative pressure, and the moisture generated by the lower hydraulic ash removal will also be brought into the ash hopper, which will easily cause the ash wall to accumulate on the inner wall of the ash hopper, causing serious consequences.
