The electrostatic bag filter is a new type of dust collector that combines the electrostatic precipitator technology and the bag filter technology. The dust collection efficiency can generally reach more than 99.9%. The electric bag composite precipitator formed by connecting the electric bag precipitator and the bag precipitator in series can improve the removal effect of fine dust. For the efficiency improvement of the dust collector of the old unit, the electric bag composite dust collector can use the original dust collector shell to save investment.
The flow path of the ESP flue gas: inlet flue → inlet smoke box → electrostatic dust removal area → bag dust removal area → clean air chamber → outlet flue → fan.
The dust-laden flue gas enters the dust collection electric field uniformly through the action of the airflow distribution plate in the inlet horn, and most of the dust is charged in the electric field and deposited to the dust collection pole under the action of the electric field force. When the dust collecting pole is vibrated regularly, the collected dust falls off the pole plate and falls into the lower ash hopper. A small part of the flue gas containing a small amount of dust enters the bag dust collection area through the porous plate, and most of the flue gas is folded to the bottom, and then enters the bag dust collection area from bottom to top. ), the dust is retained on the surface of the filter bag, and the pure flue gas enters the upper clean air chamber from the inner cavity of the filter bag, and then enters the flue through the poppet valve and is discharged.
The bag dust collection area can be divided into several independent dust collection rooms, and each dust collection room is installed with a poppet valve. The filter bag of this chamber passes through. A blowing pipe is installed above each row of filter bags. Several small holes are opened on the blowing pipe. Each hole is aligned with the lower filter bag. The end of the blowing pipe is connected to the air bag, and a submerged pulse valve is installed on the air bag. When the dust on the surface of the filter bag is too thick and needs to be cleaned, the pulse controller will activate the solenoid valve on the pulse valve, open the air flow path on the pulse valve, and the compressed air will be sprayed into the filter bag through the pulse valve and the injection pipe.
