2. Improper setting of relevant parameters of the pulse injection system will lead to poor cleaning effect of the bag filter. If the time distance of the filter bag pulse injection is too long, the pulse injection width is too short, and the compressed air pressure is too low, the tension of the filter bag will be reduced, and the dust on the filter bag will accumulate too thick. Dust removal effect. At this time, the relevant parameters of the pulse injection system should be reset to match the actual dust filtration conditions;

3. The filter bag material of the bag filter does not match the dust characteristics, resulting in the blockage of local pores. For dust with high concentration, small particle size, high humidity and high viscosity, the dust filter bag should be covered with a membrane filter bag. The membrane-coated filter bag is made of needle-punched filter cloth covered with PTFE microporous film. sticky bag;

4. The dust removal load of the bag filter and the filtration wind speed of the filter material are too high. If the dust concentration handled by the bag filter system is too high and the filter air speed value of the filter material is too high, it will lead to an increase in the pressure difference of the filter bag.
