1. Installation environment of the range hood:
Avoid too many doors and windows around the installation of the range hood, because when there are too many doors and windows, the air convection is too large, so that the effective suction range of the oil fume has spread a lot before it reaches the 250mm effective suction range, and the effect of sucking and discharging the oil fume will be affected.
2. The fume extractor should be installed just above the exhaust gas that produces fume, preferably with a height of 650~700mm.
3. Installation requirements for the exhaust pipe of the range hood:
(1) The distance from the exhaust outlet to the body should not be too long, and the turning radius should be as large as possible and less turning, otherwise it will affect the smoke exhaust effect.
(2) The exhaust pipe extends outdoors or into the common cold air flue. The interface should be tight, and it is not necessary to discharge the exhaust gas into the hot flue.
4. Keep the body of the range hood horizontal: After the body is installed, observe its levelness.
5. The range hood should be installed just above the center point of the gas cooker.
6. Try not to install the range hood near the doors and windows and other places with strong air convection, so as not to affect the effect of the range hood.
7. The air outlet pipe should not be too long, preferably no more than 2 meters, and try to minimize bending, avoid multiple 90-degree bends, otherwise it will affect the effect of oil fume suction.
If some electrical appliances such as range hoods, TVs, etc. are not installed properly, they will indeed cause potential safety hazards other than leakage. The most important thing is to standardize the installation. For the sake of safety, please check the rooms one by one.
The hood must be directly fixed on the wall. The normal installation method of the range hood is to fix the range hood horizontally on the concrete or brick wall with expansion bolts. It cannot be directly fixed on the non-load-bearing wall, let alone fixed. on the cupboard. The cooker hood that has been fixed to the cabinet must be removed and re-installed. In addition, when installing the expansion pipe, the coordination between the pipe hole and the drilling must be close. It is strictly forbidden to drill too large expansion pipe and cause the machine to fall; Prevent the machine from falling off.

1. Drill 3-10 holes on the wall with a depth of 50-55mm, bury 10 plastic expansion pipes, and then fasten the hooks (accessories) with wood screws.
2. Insert the smoke exhaust hose into the check valve assembly and fasten it with self-tapping screws.
3. After holding up the whole machine, align the two rectangular holes on the back wall with the hook and hang it, and then lead the exhaust hose out of the room. Note that the outlet of the exhaust hose should be lower than the indoor.
4. Install an M5x25 screw into the screw hole in the middle of the hanging plate and tighten it to prevent the range hood from slipping. The installation is now complete.
