First,let's briefly understand the entire working process of the filter cartridge.
After the dust-containing gas enters the filter cartridge,due to the sudden expansion of the end face of the airflow and the action of the airflow distribution plate,a part of the coarse dust particles in the airflow will settle into the ash hopper under the action of gravity and inertial force, and some other particles have fine particle size and low density.The dust particles entering the filter chamber of the filter cartridge,through the comprehensive effects of Brown diffusion and fiber interception,make the dust deposited on the surface of the filter material of the filter cartridge,and the purified gas enters the clean air chamber and is discharged from the air outlet through the fan.Its working principle is similar to that of a bag filter.
It has been proved by a lot of practice that the resistance of the filter cartridge will increase with the increase of the surface area of the filter cartridge.Therefore,in order to ensure that our DR. AIRE industrial laser fume extractor can work normally,it is very necessary to clean the surface of the filter cartridge.
Then,how do you clean the filter cartridge?
When we design the laser fume extractor,we generally design the filter cartridge as vertical or horizontal insertion according to the working conditions and the actual situation of the customer's site.When the dust accumulates to a certain level,it needs to be cleaned up.In general, it is better to clean up vertically.The horizontal insertion type is likely to have dust accumulation.
When the dust of the filter cartridge needs to be cleaned,the filter cartridge can be directly sprayed by the injection of the pulse valve,so that the dust can be dropped,and the dust removal of the filter cartridge dust collector is completed.
