There are many types of dust collectors. Different from other dust collectors, electric bag dust collectors rely on the effect of electric fields to achieve the effect of dust removal and are widely used in industrial production.

The dust-laden flue gas enters the electric field from the air inlet of the electrostatic bag filter. Under the action of the electric field, the charged dust is deposited on the dust collecting pole. About 60~70% of the dust in the flue gas passing through the electric field is collected, and then the flue gas passes through the electric field. At the air outlet, a part of the flue gas enters the middle of the bag filter horizontally through the porous plate, and most of the flue gas turns to the lower part and enters the bottom of the electrostatic bag filter and enters each chamber of the filter bag upward. After the flue gas enters the filter bag, the dust is retained on the outer surface of the filter bag, and the clean flue gas passes through the poppet valve from the clean room, and is discharged from the outlet of the dust collector through the chimney.

When the dust accumulated on the surface of the filter bag reaches a certain thickness, the resistance of the dust collector increases, and the pulse injection system can be activated, so that the compressed air flow is injected into the filter bag through the pulse injection pipe, so that the filter bag expands instantly, and the dust on the surface of the filter bag is peeled off to ash. bucket, to achieve the purpose of cleaning.

As we all know, the first electric field of the electrostatic bag precipitator has the largest dust collection capacity, which can reach more than 80%. Therefore, when the electrostatic bag filter is working, after a large amount of soot is collected by the electric field area, the dust concentration in the filter bag area is only less than 20% of the total amount, which greatly improves the working conditions of the latter-stage filter bag, thereby reducing the resistance of the filter bag and prolonging the cleaning time. ash cycle and prolong the life of the filter bag.
