If the cleaning frequency of the bag filter is frequent, or the cleaning time is too long, the pressure of the equipment is too large, which will easily loosen the fiber structure of the filter bag and increase the fine dust in the flue gas to block the filter bag. In addition, if the cleaning time is too long, the initial powder layer on the surface of the filter bag will also be washed away, resulting in a decrease in the filtration accuracy of the filter bag. If the cleaning time is too short, the dust on the surface of the filter bag has not been completely cleaned, and the filtration starts immediately, and the dust gradually accumulates on the surface of the filter bag, which will also cause the filter bag to be blocked. Moisture is the main reason for the bag filter, and the cause of moisture is usually condensation at low temperature, especially when dealing with high temperature flue gas.
Prevention program

2. Start the dust collector below the dew point and operate below the dew point, which is prone to problems. If the air intake is unevenly distributed, it is easy to cause local corrosion of the bag filter housing. Therefore, the dust collector should be avoided to work below the condensation point. , a device with thermal insulation should be used.
3. Avoid turning on the bag filter when the resistance is large; turning it on when it is lower than the dew point; restarting the machine when there is condensation on the surface of the filter bag after the dust collector is stopped, so that a large amount of dust-laden air will enter, and high humidity will cause the filter to be filtered. The bag surface is muddy. To prevent this, the dust-laden air of the dust collector should be preheated, or the dust layer should be pre-coated.
4. Air infiltration often occurs in the flange of the bag filter, the inspection door or the movable device of the filter. If the sealing is not tight, the outside air enters the filter. It will cause condensation at low temperature, corrode the dust collector, and cause the filter bag to be damp.
